A commercial debt collection agency specialises in the recovery of outstanding invoices on behalf of creditors. Our primary objective is to achieve the best possible financial outcome for our clients while operating with the highest levels of professionalism and compliance. A key function is to expertly navigate the complex regulatory landscape of debt recovery across England and Wales, ensuring your reputation remains protected throughout the process.
We recognise that every debt matter is unique, so we avoid a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, we customise our recovery strategy to align with the specific needs of each creditor and the circumstances of the debtor. While we use traditional methods like professional correspondence and telephone calls, we understand that these are often ineffective with persistent non-payers. Therefore, our most commonly used service is face-to-face collections to achieve direct engagement and a swift resolution.
The duration of a collection process can vary significantly depending on the debtor’s financial circumstances and cooperation. On average, our resolutions typically range from as little as one day up to six weeks. Our goal is always to secure a successful outcome as quickly as possible.
Absolutely not. Resorting to court action should be viewed as a last resort. Many experienced non-payers are skilled at exploiting the court system, often leading to protracted delays, increased legal expenses, and unnecessary stress for the creditor. We focus on pre-litigation recovery methods that are faster, more cost-effective, and designed to secure payment without immediate legal intervention.
Our costs are always worked out on a case-by-case basis, as no two debts are the same. Some debts may require considerably more work than others. Any fees are agreed before work commences.
Yes, you can. All reasonable collection charges, relevant legal fees, and accrued contractual interest are typically added to the principal debt. The debtor is often legally obliged under commercial terms to reimburse these costs.
Our specialist tracing and investigation facilities are highly effective. We utilise sophisticated tools and databases to locate debtors with a high rate of success. If we are unable to successfully trace the debtor, it is highly unlikely that they can be found through standard means.
Liquidation is a formal process where a company’s assets are sold off to settle outstanding liabilities before the company is dissolved. If the company possesses few or no assets or has a large number of priority creditors, the chances of recouping your funds can be significantly reduced. In such cases, we can advise on the proper procedure for submitting your claim to the appointed liquidator.
We do not accept individual debts under £1,000. However, if you have multiple debts from different debtors that collectively amount to over £1,000, please contact us to discuss a tailored solution.
Absolutely, yes. While our headquarters and primary client base may be centred in London, our operational area extends fully across England and Wales. It makes no difference to our collection process if the debtor is located in Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham, or any town in between. Our collection methods and crucially, our face-to-face collections are executed country-wide.
We are equipped to provide a seamless, efficient, and legally compliant recovery service for all commercial debts, regardless of the debtor’s location
If a County Court Judgment (CCJ) is obtained, there are various enforcement methods depending on the debtor’s assets. Common methods available include:
We advise clients on the most effective enforcement route based on the specific circumstances of the debtor.
